My love for dance started at a very early age and I was fortunate enough to begin taking Ballroom and Latin American dance lessons at the age of 6.
After many successful years on the competition floor and in the teaching arena, dance still brings me joy and a freedom of expression which is unrivalled. The sense of achievement, when you can teach something you love to another person, is very rewarding.

Lyrical and contemporary
Lyrical dance is a style of dance created from the fusion of ballet with jazz and contemporary dance techniques and is a "cousin" to those styles. Lyrical dancing is normally performed to music with lyrics that inspires movements with strong, expressive emotions.
